I'm a Seattle-based management consultant focused on product, strategy, and digital transformation projects across many industries. I am particularly interested in consumer apps and services, customer service and care strategy, and digital commerce. Most weekends you'll find me on a long road or trail run somewhere — I am a lifelong runner and the sport and habit of training is a through-line for most of my favorite people, places, and projects. I also guide and pace visually impaired and deaf-blind runners with Free2Fly, which has become one of the most meaningful parts of my running life.

Outside of work and miles, I spend as much time as I can with my wife Izzy and our dog Ernie, pursue great ice cream, coffee and food wherever I go, and make time-capsule playlists for the people and seasons I want to remember. I also build small projects around running — most recently DipseaData.fun, an independent analysis tool for the 2026 Dipsea Race results, and ClearPathRaceGuide.com.

My proudest running accomplishments include my 2:53 Marathon PR at CIM in 2025, my 1:21 Half Marathon PR at the Eugene Half in 2025, two Dipsea Race finishes, guiding my friend Adam Gleason (B1/T11) to his first half marathon finish, my debut marathon alongside Izzy at the New York City Marathon in 2021, my two BQs (I sadly remain 0/2 against the Boston Marathon qualifying cutoff time - to be continued) and my probably untouchable mid-distance PRs from high school.
